Correcting or neutralising fillers
Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid. We use it when a filler hasn't delivered the desired result, in cases of asymmetry or in emergencies. The procedure is quick and the effect begins in 24—48 hours.
Hyaluronic acid has an important advantage — it can be dissolved at any moment. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme naturally present in the body that breaks down hyaluronic acid molecules in a few hours.
We use it in three scenarios: (1) when a client wants everything to go back the way it was, (2) to correct asymmetry or uneven distribution, (3) in emergencies — vascular complications. The procedure requires an allergy test 30 minutes beforehand — this is mandatory.
The main situations where hyaluronidase is the right call.
The filler 'overdid it' — lips look unnatural, cheekbones are too pronounced. Hyaluronidase brings things back to the desired level or fully neutralises.
One side of the face has more filler than the other. Hyaluronidase precisely removes the excess.
Filler has moved from its original position. Localised hyaluronidase brings everything back.
The most urgent case — filler blocks a vessel. Hyaluronidase must be administered within the first 4—6 hours. We handle this urgently.
A quick procedure with a mandatory allergy test 30 minutes beforehand.
Mandatory — a small injection in the forearm to check for reaction. We wait 30 minutes.

— 10 minMicro-injections of hyaluronidase into the area with the existing filler. No anaesthesia — minimal discomfort.
— 5—10 minCold compress, recommendations. Effect at 24—48h, full at 7 days.
— 5 minPrice includes the allergy test. Enzyme volume depends on the amount of filler.
